INSTRUCTIONS
Heat oven to 180° C / 350° F / 160° C fan oven / Gas mark 4
Grease & line baking tin
Melt 150 g butter and add 2 large eggs (beaten) in a bowl
Empty the contents of all the packets into the mix and combine
Once well mixed, pour into the baking tin and bake for approx. 45-50 minutes
Leave to cool slightly and turn out onto a wire rack then cut into 16 chunky pieces
Makes 16 chunky pieces
Ingredients: Wheat Flour (Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin); Caster Sugar; Light Brown Sugar (Cane Molasses, Partially Inverted Sugar Syrup); Milk Chocolate (Sugar, Whole Milk Powder, Cocoa Butter, Cocoa Mass, Whey Powder (Milk), Skimmed Milk Powder, Emulsifier: Soya Lecithin; Natural Vanilla Flavouring); White Chocolate (Sugar, Whole Milk Powder, Cocoa Butter, Non Fat Dry Milk, Emulsifier: Soya Lecithin; Natural Vanilla Flavouring); Cocoa Powder 10/12%; Baking Powder (Wheat Flour, raising agents: Sodium Pyrophosphate); Salt (Anticaking agent (sodium Ferrocyanide). Chocolate contains 25% minimum Cocoa Solids and 23.5% minimum Milk Solids. Chocolate(white) contains 20% minimum Cocoa Solids
