Instructions
Heat oven to 180°C/350°F/Gas 4
Grease and line tray
Beat together with wooden spoon or electric whisk
- 75g butter
- 1 medium egg
- 1/2 tsp vanilla essence (optional)
Add jar contents and stir
Place heaped tbsps of mix evenly spaced on trays and flatten with a fork
Bake for 10 -15 mins
Cool on tray
Makes approx. 12 cookies
