Heat oven to 180° C / 350° F / 160° C fan oven / Gas Mark 4
Grease and line baking tray
Put in a bowl and beat together 35g butter and one small egg yolk
Add the packet contents (from inside Santa’s red jute sack) and stir
Place heaped tbsp of mix evenly spaced on tray and flatten slightly with a fork
Bake for 10-15 minutes
Cool down on wire baking rack
Makes 8 cookies . . . . Save one for Santa . .
