Heat oven to 180oC/350oF/Gas 4.
Grease & line cake tin (approx 8 inch).
Beat together with wooden spoon or electric whisk
1 large egg
½ cup of melted butter
1 tsp Vanilla
Add Jar contents & stir together.
Place mixture into cake tin
Bake for 25 – 30 mins.
When cake is golden and set on top, remove from oven to cool before removing from tin and cutting.
If it looks wobby don’t worry this is fine and once cool it will be delicious and moist .
Makes approx 20 pcs.
NB: The sugar may be a little difficult to get out of the jar, this is because we pack it full so you get more cake!
